Splendid - A Sprite Adoption Site

1. DO NOT DIRECT LINK! Upload the images to your own server!

2. Do NOT put my sprites OR dolls into your own adoption websites. If you want to have adoptables on your site, MAKE YOUR OWN!!!

3. If you do choose to adopt something, PLACE IT/THEM ON A PAGE THAT IS SPECIFICALLY STATED AS AN ADOPTION PAGE ONLY!!!

4. My sprites/dolls/pixel art are not to be used in any sort of "image gallery", "pixel gallery", or the like. As said in rule 2, ADOPTION PAGES ONLY!

5. Do NOT adopt EVERY sprite/doll. Doing so violates rule #4 which states my sprites/dolls/pixel art are not to be used in any sort of "pixel gallery". The sprites and dolls are meant to be showcased on your webpage.

6. If you adopt a sprite/doll OR use one of my bases, use this code & link back to:

You can link either on the sprite/doll itself or by one of my banners. But YOU MUST LINK BACK somehow ON THE SAME PAGE that the sprite/doll is located on. ((Preferably on or near the respective sprites/dolls.))

7. Sprites/Dolls can be considered a form of fan-art. MY sprites/dolls are MY fan-art. Do not claim my work as your own. They take hard work and time to create and tweak to become perfect. Color changing a couple of pixels does NOT make them your's.

8. Do not use my sprites/dolls for website and forum graphics. Website graphics include headers, blinkies, animated GIFs, layouts, etc. Forum graphics include avatars, signature banners, live journal icons and anything else you can think of. You can contact me, G-chan, if you would like to request my permission to use my work for any of the above. But DO NOT expect me to say yes.

9. My pixel works are not to be used on -ANY- forums for -ANY- reason. ((This is -ESPECIALLY- true for go-gaia.com.)) DO NOT use or "sell" my pixel works in ANY forum shops.

10. Do not provide my doll bases on your site! If you want a base section on your site MAKE YOUR OWN BASES.

11. Do not remove copyrights from my art. They are there for a reason! I deserve credit for my work.
